Is a recombinant software that combines an international Drug Information System (DIS) together with a Therapeutic Drug Monitoring (TDM) solution.

The DIS is provided by Vidal consult and the TDM solution is powered by MWpharm++.

Vidal consult provides information about drugs, interactions between drugs and contraindications of drug usage while MWpharm++ provides first dose adjustment, pharmacogenomics and TDM solution.

MWpharm++ is a software application aimed at clinical pharmacokinetics.

It is used primarily to establish proper dosing regimens using Bayesian estimation based on population pharmacokinetics of the drug and individual patient physiological parameters.

MWpharm++ is a powerful therapeutic drug management tool which is built on Edsim++ platform to enable creation of a user-defined PKPD compartment models and their utilization in MWpharm++ for therapeutic drug management.

Almost 180 drugs are available in the MWpharm++ drug database in October 2014.

For several drugs, modified pharmacokinetic parameters according to genotype/phenotype of the patient are available.

It is possible to add specific pharmacokinetic parameters of the drug for different groups of patients (adults, neonate, patients with specific diagnosis, etc.)

Using the MWpharm++, it is possible to improve the drug prescription quality, adjust drug dose to prevent patient intoxication or underdosage, shift the emphasis in medicine from reaction to prevention and reduce quantity of the plasma drug concentration measurements.

Optimal drug dosing improves quality of life, helps avoid adverse drug reactions and shorten the hospitalization time resulting in the reduction of the overall healthcare costs.
